Apple Cabbage Slaw

Apple cabbage slaw that is simple to make and low in carbs and calories.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Dia-Mel creamy Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 t. prepared mustard
  • dash pepper
  • 2 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 c. unpared apple, thinly sliced

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper.
  2. Add cabbage and apple and toss lightly. Serve immediately.

Yields 4 servings
