Ingredients
- 1 very ripe avocado
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. grated onion
- 1 t. onion salt
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. marjoram
- thin crackers
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Peel and mash avocado.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spread thinly on crackers.
