Avocado Crisps

Delicious avocado dip diet recipe is a healthy snack for all who are trying to lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 t. grated onion
  • 1 t. onion salt
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1/2 t. marjoram
  • thin crackers

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash avocado.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Spread thinly on crackers.

Yields 45 servings
