Ingredients
- 1/8 c. vermicelli, broken
- 1 c. broth
- 1 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, shredded
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. marjoram
- 1 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Cook vermicelli in boiling salted water; drain and rinse.
- Bring broth to boil. Add prosciutto, garlic powder, and marjoram.
- Simmer 5 minutes.Add vermicelli. Pour into bowl.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
