Ingredients
- 2 T. rice
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable broth
- 1 T. celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 t. onion, finely chopped
- 1 T. bean sprouts
- 1 water chestnut, thinly sliced
- salt to taste
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Add rice to cold vegetable broth; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes.
- Add celery, onion, bean sprouts, and water chestnut; simmer 10 minutes.
- Add salt.
