Tasty cinnamon nut balls that are low in carbs.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine, soft
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar replacement
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Instructions
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat margarine, sugar replacement, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Add flour mixture, stirring to mix completely. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Shape level tablespoonfuls of cookie dough into balls and roll each one in mixture of cinnamon and walnuts.
- Place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
Yields 30 cookies
