Cinnamon Nut Balls

Tasty cinnamon nut balls that are low in carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup margarine, soft
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar replacement
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Beat margarine, sugar replacement, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Add flour mixture, stirring to mix completely. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Shape level tablespoonfuls of cookie dough into balls and roll each one in mixture of cinnamon and walnuts.
  4. Place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.

Yields 30 cookies
