Citrus Cup

A simple yet tasty citrus cup, packed full of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges 4
  • 1/2 c. fresh shredded coconut, chopped
  • 8 oz. can Featherweight grapefruit segments, drained
  • 8 oz. can Featherweight pineapple, drained and cut into eighths

Instructions

  1. Cut off top third of oranges.
  2. Scoop out pulp, slice into pieces and put into a bowl.
  3. Set orange shells in custard cups. Reserve 1 T. (15 mL) coconut.Add remaining coconut, grapefruit and pineapple to orange pieces; toss gently.
  4. Spoon fruit into orange shells.Top with reserved coconut.

Yields 4 servings Nutritional Information

  • 192 calories
  • 29g carbohydrates
