A simple yet tasty citrus cup, packed full of goodness.
Ingredients- 4 oranges 4
- 1/2 c. fresh shredded coconut, chopped
- 8 oz. can Featherweight grapefruit segments, drained
- 8 oz. can Featherweight pineapple, drained and cut into eighths
Instructions
- Cut off top third of oranges.
- Scoop out pulp, slice into pieces and put into a bowl.
- Set orange shells in custard cups. Reserve 1 T. (15 mL) coconut.Add remaining coconut, grapefruit and pineapple to orange pieces; toss gently.
- Spoon fruit into orange shells.Top with reserved coconut.
