Fruit Dip

Simple fruit dip that is low in calories and is sure to delight.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. plain low-calorie yogurt
  • 4 T. low-calorie preserves
  • 1/2 t. ground allspice
  • 1/2 t. lemon juice

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Whip until fluffy.
  3. Chill thoroughly.

Yields 1 cup
