Ingredients
- 8 oz. plain low-calorie yogurt
- 4 T. low-calorie preserves
- 1/2 t. ground allspice
- 1/2 t. lemon juice
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Whip until fluffy.
- Chill thoroughly.
