Ingredients
- 3 oz. lean ground beef
- 1 t. onion, chopped
- 1 T. green pepper, chopped
- 1 T. celery, chopped
- 1/4 bay leaf, crushed
- 1/2 c. kidney beans, cooked
- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/4 c. carrot (sliced)
- salt and pepper to taste
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery over low heat; drain.
- Add crushed bay leaf, kidney beans, macaroni, and carrots; mix gently.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pour into casserole dish; cover.
- Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
