German Goulash

Taste Germany with this german goulash recipe, low in carbs and calories.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lean ground beef
  • 1 t. onion, chopped
  • 1 T. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 T. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 bay leaf, crushed
  • 1/2 c. kidney beans, cooked
  • 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1/4 c. carrot (sliced)
  • salt and pepper to taste

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery over low heat; drain.
  2. Add crushed bay leaf, kidney beans, macaroni, and carrots; mix gently.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into casserole dish; cover.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
