Quick and healthy recipe for gingerbread cookies
Ingredients- 8 ounces sugar-free yellow cake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons Cary’s Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup
- 2 teaspoons water
Instructions
- Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
- Combine cake mix, ginger, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Stir to mix. Beat in maple syrup and water.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 in. (5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 9 to 11 minutes.
Yields 30 cookies
