Quick and easy recipe for low calorie kaiser cookies. Delicious too!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar replacement
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup water
1 cup flour, sifted
Instructions
- Beat margarine until fluffy. Add sugar replacement, vanilla and egg, beating until well blended. Add flour and water alternately to margarine mixture, beating to a thin batter.
- Lightly grease krumkake or kaiser iron. Place 1 tablespoon of batter in center of iron, close lid, cook on both sides until golden brown, and remove from iron. Cool on rack.
