Ingredients- 8 ounces
- sugar-free white cake mix
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
Instructions
- Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
- Combine cake mix, egg white, coconut flavoring, and water in a small bowl.
- Beat at low speed until mixture is thoroughly blended.
- Blend in the flaked coconut.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches (5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375°F for 9 to 11 minutes. Allow cookies to cool slightly on sheets before removing.
