Macaroons

The easiest recipe for delicious macaroons you can find. Good for the body too.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces
  • sugar-free white cake mix
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
  2. Combine cake mix, egg white, coconut flavoring, and water in a small bowl.
  3. Beat at low speed until mixture is thoroughly blended.
  4. Blend in the flaked coconut.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches (5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 9 to 11 minutes. Allow cookies to cool slightly on sheets before removing.
