Easy 4 step recipe for mixed fruit cocktail. An excellent low calorie, low carb diet recipe.
Ingredient- 8 oz. can Featherweight sliced peaches, drained, reserve 1 tablespoon liquid
- 8 oz. can Featherweight pear halves, drained and cut in quarters
- 8 oz. can Featherweight sliced pineapple, drained and cut in quarters
- 8 oz. can Featherweight purple plums, drained, pitted and cut in halves
- 1/2 c. Featherweight apricot preserves
Instructions
- Combine drained fruit in a bowl.
- Mix preserves and reserved peach liquid in a small saucepan; heat thoroughly.
- Pour over fruit and stir.
Yields 4 servings
