Mixed Fruit Cocktail

Easy 4 step recipe for mixed fruit cocktail. An excellent low calorie, low carb diet recipe.

Ingredient

  • 8 oz. can Featherweight sliced peaches, drained, reserve 1 tablespoon liquid
  • 8 oz. can Featherweight pear halves, drained and cut in quarters
  • 8 oz. can Featherweight sliced pineapple, drained and cut in quarters
  • 8 oz. can Featherweight purple plums, drained, pitted and cut in halves
  • 1/2 c. Featherweight apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Combine drained fruit in a bowl.
  2. Mix preserves and reserved peach liquid in a small saucepan; heat thoroughly.
  3. Pour over fruit and stir.

Yields 4 servings
