Ingredients
- 2 cups + 1 table spoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup granulated brown sugar replacement
- 1/4 cup granulated fructose
- 2 teaspoon caramel flavoring
- 2 small eggs
Ingredients
- Sift together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar; set aside.
- Using an electric mixer, beat together margarine, brown sugar replacement, fructose, and caramel flavoring. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture, blending well.
