Old Fashioned Brown Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups + 1 table spoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup granulated brown sugar replacement
  • 1/4 cup granulated fructose
  • 2 teaspoon caramel flavoring
  • 2 small eggs

Ingredients

  1. Sift together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar; set aside.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat together margarine, brown sugar replacement, fructose, and caramel flavoring. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture, blending well.
