Onion Dip

Have this onion dip diet recipe in your array of diet recipes.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. plain low-calorie yogurt
  • 1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 T. parsley
  • dash each: hot pepper sauce, horseradish, salt, pepper

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Chill thoroughly.

Yields 3/4 cup
