Ingredients
- 4 oz. plain low-calorie yogurt
- 1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 T. parsley
- dash each: hot pepper sauce, horseradish, salt, pepper
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill thoroughly.
Yields 3/4 cup
