Polynesian Cabbage Slaw

Get exotic with this polynesian cabbage slaw. Did I mention it’s low in carbs and calories?

Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 8 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks packed in juice
  • 1 orange, diced
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1/3 c. Dia-Mel Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. Dia-Mel French-style salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. Dia-Mel catsup

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple chunks.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly Chill before serving.
