Pork Cube Saute

Simple pork cube saute for those lovers of low calorie diet recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1 lb. pork, cut in bite-sized cubes
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/2 t. rosemary

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a shaker bag.
  2. Add the pork cubes and shake to coat with flour mixture. Shake off any excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet. Add the garlic and rosemary. Add pork cubes and saute until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Pour entire contents of skillet into a baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
