Simple pork cube saute for those lovers of low calorie diet recipes.
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 lb. pork, cut in bite-sized cubes
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/2 t. rosemary
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a shaker bag.
- Add the pork cubes and shake to coat with flour mixture. Shake off any excess.
- Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet. Add the garlic and rosemary. Add pork cubes and saute until golden brown on all sides.
- Pour entire contents of skillet into a baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
