Quick Kebabs

Did you want something to eat quick? How about quick kebabs that are low in calories and carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. cooked beef roast, cut in 1 in. cubes
  • 6 green peppers, cut in 1 in. squares
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 zucchini, cut in 1 in. 6 cubes
  • 6 unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 2 T. low-calorie French dressing

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Alternate beef, vegetables, and fruit on 2 skewers.
  2. Brush with 1 T. (15 mL) of the French dressing.
  3. Broil 5 to 6 in. from heat for 8 minutes.
  4. Brush with remaining French dressing. Broil 4 minutes longer.

Yields 1 serving (2 kebabs)
