Ingredients
- 2 oz. cooked beef roast, cut in 1 in. cubes
- 6 green peppers, cut in 1 in. squares
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 6 zucchini, cut in 1 in. 6 cubes
- 6 unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 2 T. low-calorie French dressing
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Alternate beef, vegetables, and fruit on 2 skewers.
- Brush with 1 T. (15 mL) of the French dressing.
- Broil 5 to 6 in. from heat for 8 minutes.
- Brush with remaining French dressing. Broil 4 minutes longer.
Yields 1 serving (2 kebabs)
