Sauteed Shrimp

Eat like you’re at a fancy dinner party with this sauteed shrimp diet recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. bag Brilliant cooked frozen shrimp
  • 1 T. low-calorie margarine
  • 2 T. onion, minced

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

 

Instructions

  1. Thaw and drain shrimp thoroughly.
  2. Melt margarine in small skillet.
  3. When margarine bubbles, add the onion; stir and saute until onion is translucent but not browned.
  4. Add the drained shrimp. Stir-fry until completely heated.
  5. Turn out onto 3 heated plates.

Yields 3 servings
