Eat like you’re at a fancy dinner party with this sauteed shrimp diet recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 oz. bag Brilliant cooked frozen shrimp
- 1 T. low-calorie margarine
- 2 T. onion, minced
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Thaw and drain shrimp thoroughly.
- Melt margarine in small skillet.
- When margarine bubbles, add the onion; stir and saute until onion is translucent but not browned.
- Add the drained shrimp. Stir-fry until completely heated.
- Turn out onto 3 heated plates.
