Scalloped Turkey and Cauliflower

Exciting scalloped turkey and cauliflower diet recipe. Contains minimal calories and carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 1/2 cups turkey stock
  • 2 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 Ib. turkey breast, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling, salted water for 6 minutes or until almost tender.
  2. Drain. Combine stock, flour and seasonings in a small saucepan.
  3. Cook and stir until mixture is slightly thickened.
  4. Place turkey breast in a greased baking pan.
  5. Arrange cauliflower around turkey breast.
  6. Pour sauce over turkey and cauliflower.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
