Sesame Pork

Delicious sesame pork filled with flavors and low in calories.

Ingredients

  • 8 lean side pork slices
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 T. skim milk
  • 3 T. all-purpose flour
  • 2 T. sesame seeds

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

Instructions

  1. Cut each slice of side pork in half.
  2. In a bowl, combine the egg and milk; stir to blend.
  3. Combine the flour, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Dip the side pork pieces in the egg mixture.Then roll in the flour mixture.
  5. Place in a flat baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and crispy.
