Delicious sesame pork filled with flavors and low in calories.
Ingredients
- 8 lean side pork slices
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 T. skim milk
- 3 T. all-purpose flour
- 2 T. sesame seeds
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Cut each slice of side pork in half.
- In a bowl, combine the egg and milk; stir to blend.
- Combine the flour, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Dip the side pork pieces in the egg mixture.Then roll in the flour mixture.
- Place in a flat baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and crispy.
