Treat yourself with this healthy sweet and sour smoked pork chops dish.
Ingredients
- 8(2 lbs.) smoked pork chops
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. granulated brown sugar replacement
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 c. fresh pineapple chunks

Instructions
- In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in the olive oil.
- Add the broth and cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar replacement, and vinegar in a bowl; stir to blend.
- Add to pan, stirring until thickened.
- Add the green pepper, onion, and pineapple. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until heated.
