Teriyaki Pork Steak

Oriental teriyaki pork steak diet recipe. Easy to make, delicious and low in calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 T. wine vinegar
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 T. sugar replacement
  • 1 1/2 t. ginger
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder

t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup

Instructions

  1. Place slices of pork steak in shallow dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork.
  3. Marinate 1 to 2 hours; turn once. Broil pork 5 to 6 inches (12 to 15 cm) from heat, for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Turn and broil second side.
