Oriental teriyaki pork steak diet recipe. Easy to make, delicious and low in calories.
Ingredients
- 1 pork steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 T. wine vinegar
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 T. sugar replacement
- 1 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
t. = teaspoon, T. = Tablespoon, c. = cup
Instructions
- Place slices of pork steak in shallow dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork.
- Marinate 1 to 2 hours; turn once. Broil pork 5 to 6 inches (12 to 15 cm) from heat, for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Turn and broil second side.
