Delicious walnut party cookies fit for a healthy snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine, soft
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar replacement
- dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cake flour, sifted
- 24 walnut halves
Instructions
- Combine margarine, sugar replacement, salt and vanilla in medium mixing bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Stir in cake flour and refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
- Form dough into 24 small balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and press walnut half into top of each cookie ball.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until done.
